Gestion de l'espace

Dans chaque espace, vous pouvez créer et paramétrer des bots pour votre propre usage

Sur l'écran de connexion, sélectionnez votre Espace et cliquez sur Gérer

Gestion des robots

Le menu Gestion des robots vous permet de créer et de gérer les robots qui seront utilisés dans Kompas AI

Créer un robot

Cliquez sur le bouton Créer un robot pour créer un nouveau robot. Ajoutez des messages-guides et des connaissances d'équipe pour obtenir des réponses plus optimisées. Vous pouvez définir le nom du bot, son icône, sa description, etc

• Bot Name: The name of the chatbot

• Icon: The icon displayed on the chatbot

• Bot Description: Bot description

• API Key: API key to use for chatbot conversations. Import and use an API key from Open AI, Azure, etc. Automatically provided by Kompas AI at launch.

• Browser with Google: Reflect content from Google search Prompt: Prompts (ask the generative AI model what to do in natural language)

• Team Knowledge: Upload files, URLs, notions, and more to share content with team members. Once you set up Team Knowledge, the contents of the shared files will be reflected when team members use the bot in the future.

• Member Access: Team member access permissions

In Bot Management, you can make edits to already configured bots by clicking the pen button

In member management, you can view and manage team members in the space

API Key

Build a variety of applications with an API key. Please make sure that your API key is not leaked to the outside

Invite

Use Kompas AI with your team through email and invitation link

Plan

Click Plan to see the available plans you can subscribe to. Choose the right plan for you

API Usage

You can monitor your API usage on the API Usage tab

Knowledge Usage

You can monitor the usage of your knowledge on the Knowledge Usage tab

Bill

You can see the price of the service you are currently using and get an invoice on the Bill tab

Space Setting

You can change the name, icon, and delete a space on the Space Setting tab
